Sun West Recovery, Inc. is seeking a full-time Camera Car Driver & Field Investigator to play a vital role in the financial success of our company. The position includes using License Plate Recognition equipment, heavy surveillance, infield interviews and working closely with our team to locate and secure client's collateral in the Fort Myers / Punta Gorda, Florida area. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, likes working outdoors, is money motivated and has an investigative mindset. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or a G.E.D. with a continuous record of learning

WORK EXPERIENCE:

Proven ability and experience working in an outside environment without direct supervision, yet follow direction from remote management
Ability to act in a discreet manner
Experience in skip tracing, field locating, private investigations, or auto repossessions is strongly preferred
Minimum of one year of commercial / professional driving

ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Applicants must have no more than TWO points on your driver's license
Must be 23 years of age to be able to get on the insurance.
Reliable, good work ethic, high integrity, and drug-free abuse of illegal and legal drugs
Clean, presentable appearance
Familiarity and ability to use a smartphone
Strong communication, analytical, and "street knowledge" skills
Connect a laptop to the internet and solve minor connectivity issues
Able to read, write and speak English with the reasonable capability and be able to communicate with customers, employees, and vendors
Meet the attendance schedule as agreed upon with your supervisor

Bonus Points For:

Experience: Florida E or EE license, commercial vehicle tow truck driving, field repossession agent experience, and knowledge of Recovery Database Network (RDN) and ClearPlan.
Skills: Proficiency in skip tracing and a current DOT Medical Card.

Signing Bonus: Bring a minimum of 1 year of verified repossession experience and receive a $500.00 signing bonus!*

Compensation: $0.16 - $0.18 per hour
